You begin by completing a brief intake form for our web design team, which we use as the starting point for your project. We’ll kick things off with a Zoom meeting to discuss your website goals and ensure our team understands your vision. If you’ve purchased our Premium Package, you’ll work directly with our Legal Content Writer  to craft your website content while our design team works on your website design. We’ll then reconvene for a Design Review Meeting via Zoom to present the website prototype. Armed with your feedback, we move into the development phase of the project, formatting page content, adding forms, and completing any needed software integrations, such as scheduling or chat systems. Once you sign off, Fix8 Law does a full QA and testing of the site in preparation for launch. The entire process from kick off to go live typically takes between four to six weeks.  

The $29/month hosting fee covers your website’s secure hosting on Amazon’s reliable platform, which offers 99.9% uptime. When you hire Fix8 Law to build your law firm website, you agree to a 24-month hosting contract, which upon completion can be renewed at the same rate. You can also elect to redesign your website at that time or, if needed, cancel the hosting. 

If you’ve purchased our Premium Package, yes! You will work with a legal expert who will craft engaging, custom content for your law firm’s website with an eye toward client acquisition. Our legal content writer will work directly with you to write specific content that is targeted for your audience and follows best practice for SEO. We do not use canned copy: Each project is handled individually and the content that is written for your website is owned by you once completed. 

Of course! We offer a free weekly training session to all Fix8 Law clients with live websites, during which we will teach you how to make your own website updates, create new pages, and even blog if you’d like! If you don’t have the time or desire to make your own updates, our team is available to you whenever needed to make changes and updates, which are quoted and billed at our hourly rate.
